Every person deserves a space where they feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. As a native Texan who has lived all over the country, I spent my early years on the fields of college football and later carved out a decade in corporate America.
It was through these experiences that I realized my true calling: to walk alongside others as a therapist, helping guide them toward healing and growth. In my practice, I bring a warm, empathic presence, free of judgment, and I infuse our work with humor and lightness to help ease the weight of life's challenges.
I'm here to help you rediscover your strength, purpose, and hope. I specialize in helping individuals navigate life's challenges by integrating evidence-based approaches. I'm trained in EMDR for processing difficult experiences, and I tailor our work to your goals — whether you're facing anxiety, life transitions, or just a sense of being stuck.
I am a native Texan and have been married to my wonderful wife Bergen for 16 years, and we have one son. I also have a therapy dog named Charlie — a black labrador who sometimes comes to work with me.
